I kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made 48 hours prior to original appointment time and date. Clients will be charged a 50% fee for cancellations within 24-48 hours of the scheduled appointment. There will be a 15% last minute rescheduling fee for appointments changed within 24-48 hours of original appointment time. I have a 15 minute grace period for late appointments, after that point, I will try my best to accommodate but your appointment may have to be rescheduled or forfeited to ensure other scheduled appointment times are not effected. This helps to protect the unrushed experience you know and love. There is a ZERO tolerance policy for no call no shows, there will be a 100% service fee for this offense. Any transactions made on a credit or debit card will have a 3.5% processing fee.
